Carrie E. Coyner

Carrie is the owner and founder of RudyCoyner Attorneys at Law. Her focus is on real estate, construction law, land use/zoning, wills and corporate entity law. Carrie has a law degree from University of Richmond and bachelor of arts, political science and Spanish language from University of Virginia. Carrie has served her community on the Chesterfield County School Board for 8 years, as a Board leader for the Chester YMCA, Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce and on the Elizabeth Scott Elementary School PTA. She is currently representing the 62nd District in the Virginia House of Delegates. Carrie resides in Chesterfield County with her family. She enjoys music, cooking, group exercise/fitness and reading.

Kerry Hutcherson

Kerry is a land use and real estate attorney, and he represents developers, small business owners, landlords and tenants, farmers, and non-profit land trusts and conservation organizations. Kerry has a law degree from the University of Richmond, a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. From 2005 to 2015, Kerry worked for the Virginia Outdoors Foundation, first as an intern and then as staff counsel, on hundreds of conservation transactions and conservation easement enforcement matters. Since joining Rudy, Coyner & Associates, PLLC, Kerry has expanded his practice and clientele on a variety of land-related legal matters, usually transactional in nature. He plays a variety of musical instruments and lives in Hanover County with his wife, two boys, and a bunch of chickens.
