Carrie is the owner and founder of RudyCoyner Attorneys at Law. Her focus is on real estate, construction law, land use/zoning, wills and corporate entity law. Carrie has a law degree from University of Richmond and bachelor of arts, political science and Spanish language from University of Virginia. Carrie has served her community on the Chesterfield County School Board for 8 years, as a Board leader for the Chester YMCA, Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce and on the Elizabeth Scott Elementary School PTA. She is currently representing the 62nd District in the Virginia House of Delegates. Carrie resides in Chesterfield County with her family. She enjoys music, cooking, group exercise/fitness and reading.
Charles A. Gavin, originally from Franklin, VA, graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (’87) and the University of Richmond School of Law (’90). He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1990 and has been practicing exclusively in Central Virginia for 35 years. Charles maintains a general practice to service all of our clients’ legal needs outside of a courtroom, but also has extensive litigation experience in the civil and criminal law in the courtroom. Charles lives in Henrico and has four children. He enjoys home renovation, anything outdoors, and following his children’s activities.
